The restaurant may be small, but the food is excellent! Downtown Syracuse is not a very busy city. The owner goes out of their way to ensure your meal is the best. It's a truly family-owned business.
I have only gotten delivery from Byblos, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, but I will say that the food is absolutely delicious! The owner seems to go out of her way to please the customer, and that isn't a common thing these days. There isn't one menu item that I dislike, and even the delivery people are sweet and accommodating. I'm a "regular" and will continue to be for as long as this restaurant is in business. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!
I come down to Syracuse once a week so I usually go food hunting and this spot is a treasure, definitely owner operated by a sweet young Lebanese women that makes you feel at home!!! I got the Byblos Meat Sampler Platter with the works and finished it off with the best piece of baklava I ever tasted and washed it down with fresh hot brewed tea!!!!
Hands down the absolute best spinach and lentil soup I've ever had. Kabobs were cooked perfectly and the house salad was very light and refreshing. Next time I'm working in the area I will absolutely order from here again.

This is the best middle eastern food I’ve had in Syracuse. The humus recipe is home made and maybe the best I’ve had in my entire life. The salad was crisp with amazing dressing and the beef kabob was cooked to perfection on the freshest bed of rice. I can’t believe this gem has been around and it took me this long to discover it.
Haaaaamazing flavors. Perfect portions, chicken bowl was so yummy, the chicken was grilled, salad had a light dressing, garlic sauce was hitting, rice cooked perfectly, dolmas ( w/meat ) were seasoned well and stuffed full! Definitely the perfectly solid, well rounded Mediterranean flavors I've been searching for in Syracuse!!
Loved my Byblos meal! The staff was super helpful when we wanted to place a vegan order. The hummus, baklava and falafel are delicious. I will be returning frequently.
